Marc has a substantial depth of experience to every facet of the real estate investment business. The Strongman Group owns and manages over $200 million in assets consisting primarily of commercial retail shopping centres and free standing buildings throughout Western Canada, Ontario and Quebec.
Andrew brings over 10 years experience with a creative perspective and strong communications skills to real estate and land development, affording a unique approach to launching and executing development projects. Since establishment, GGroup has developed in excess of $350 million in real estate and is proud of the success of its landmark project, McKinley Beach
A licensed Realtor since 1995, and has had vast market experience with buying and selling opportunities. She enjoys sharing her knowledge about those experiences and has spoken at the RE/MAX South America conference in Argentina as well as at the RE/MAX International conference.
Steve is widely considered a thought leader in the industry with regular appearances on BNN, CBC, CKNW, CTV and a contributor to BC Business Magazine. Steve’s dedication to analyzing the stats, financial landscape, and policies affecting Vancouver Real Estate have allowed him to build a successful business while working with and providing advisory services to investment advisors, financial institutions, policy makers and Real Estate developers. Steve hosts ‘The Saretsky Show’, and authors the popular “Saretsky Report“.
Tri currently utilizes over 16 years of Management and Entrepreneurship experience in various roles and industries in Agriculture, Real Estate, Transportation, and Logistics. He is a licenced CFIA and USFDA trades specialist. With a strong desire for community involvement, Tri previously interned at the Canadian Red Cross and held a Directorship role with the Willoughby Residents Association.
Rajvinder has held various leadership roles in the financial services industry including 10 years within Residential Financing. Currently, he is the Vice President, Group Advantage with RBC Royal Bank focusing on Company Group Retirement/Savings Plans & Pensions. He also serves on the Board of Directors for ICBC where he sits on the Investment Committee as well as the Operations & Technology Committee.
